Cara-Cara untuk Mencegah Kekejangan Otot

Akibat bersemangat pagi2 dengan K.imah sejak minggu lepas, dah 2 hari msCruZee alami kekejangan otot. Buat aktiviti apa --- jangan ditanya! Ha ha ha! Bukan satu tempat, tapi 2 tempat!!! Paha and betis. So dalam 2 hari ni, msCruZee agak control kaki especially bile jalan depan orang len.....depan office colleagues, msCruZee tak heran sangat. Diorg pun agaknya dah tak larat ketawa nengok msCruZee jalan kengkang2. Especially depan Abang Zali. Nasib baik kawan2 se-office amat sporting. LoL!

Jadi, hari ni msCruZee buat sedikit research tentang kekejangan otot. You may check the full version from this url: http://bit.ly/V9Z7V - How to Eliminate Muscle Cramps. You Can Prevent This Problem. Article was written by Liz Noelcke.

78 Important Questions Every Leader Should Ask & Answer

Have just downloaded this eBook and found it very useful! 78 Important Questions Every Leader Should Ask & Answer. I just flipped a few pages and stopped when i read this (let me quote):

"One who never asks either knows everything or nothing"
Malcolm Forbes, American Publisher

Ha ha ha --- friends, u must be asking why do I read these type of books now. Why now? I am 27 years old this year and just figured out that I have not achieved any BIG thing in my whole life yet, as planned! What happens to "be a successful person before I reach 30s"?.

Yes, syukur alhamdulillah --- had scored in UPSR, PMR & SPM with flying colors but why did I stop? I REALIZED --- it's not TOO LATE to re-start! And to keep on moving and improving, I have to WAKE UP

Alzheimer's & You

Just finished watching The Notebook for the 3rd time! The story reminds me of a Korean movie --- A Moment to Remember. Imagine how depressing it would be if your spouse / parent / friend couldn't remember your name or her own name. What if she/he became obnoxious and violent towards you all of a sudden?

Well, I still remember my late-neighbour (who's also related to my family) --- I called her 'Unyang'. Everytime my grandmother asked me to accompany her to the next door, I hesitated. Unyang who was very friendly will ask my name repeatingly --- or at least for every 15 minutes. As a child, I didn't feel comfortable. And as an adult now, it kinda scary! Especially to know that age and family history are the 2 confirmed causes of Alzheimer's disease. Plus, I used to forget 'things' like locking my own car, not knowing what's today's date, etc.

The Alzheimer's Disease Foundation Malaysia says about 50K Malaysians suffer from the disease and most of them have not been diagnosed yet! Alzheimer's is a progressive brain disorder that gradually destroys a person's memory and ability to learn, reason, make judgements, communicate and carry out daily activities. And as Alzheimer's progresses, some patients also experience changes in personality and behaviour, become suspicious and agitated, and also have hallucinations! This disease is also known as The Long Goodbye, the illness often stretches up to 20 years. Despite intensive research in recent years, the disease is not yet fully understood and there is no known cure --- so far.

If you notice symptoms of Alzheimer's in someone, please consult a doctor ASAP.

Reading: The Trauma of Infidelity written by Dino Effendy

msCruZee terbaca posting yang Dino tulis kat Bulletin Board Friendster.  And msCruzee quotes:

There is no escaping it - finding out that your wife or girlfriend has cheated on you is not only shocking but incredibly painful. Even if your relationship has been admittedly troubled, it's still a devastating blow to discover that your spouse has been unfaithful to you.
No doubt, it's infuriating to find out that all the time you spent trying to make your relationship work... it didn't mean a thing because your wife was involved with someone else. And perhaps you were wondering, "what is wrong?" or "could I be doing more?" Perhaps you even blamed yourself for all of the relationship's failings.
If you are like most men, you probably weren't able to bring yourself to consider that, "maybe there was someone else!" However, now that you are faced with the proof of an extramarital affair, you can no longer deny or ignore the painful truth that your husband has been unfaithful to you.
Right now, you may feel that the only choice you have is between accepting things the way they are or ending it once and for all. You are not alone in your feelings because there are thousands of men just like you - whose relationships have been impacted by infidelity - who are in the exact same spot as you right now. Afterall, it's hard to feel good about yourself when you've been dealt such a terrible blow. It's difficult to make important decisions when you are emotionally distraught and unclear about what happened or what to do.

This posting buatkan curiousity msCruZee makin melonjak2. Is this just another 'normal article' you wrote? Or, it still means SOMETHING to you? Dude, you should get over it!
